McCullough & Associates LLC's accounts are tracked on a portfolio management system and investment portfolio reports are prepared quarterly.  Included in each report is a summary of the portfolio, statement of changes, such as capital added or withdrawn, income earned and capital appreciation.  Year-to-date income, expenses, and gains and losses are also summarized.  The quarter-end market value and cost amounts are listed for each asset.  In addition, transaction schedules, a realized gains and losses schedule and a performance schedule for the quarter and year-to-date are included in the report.  Interim reports are available on a daily basis.

Custodial Services

McCullough & Associates LLC works closely with banks and brokers where client assets are kept in custody.  On an ongoing basis assets and income are reconciled, and corporate actions and capital changes are monitored.

Performance Reporting

Each account’s portfolio performance is tracked on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis; clients may request performance results for other specified time frames.  Various benchmark indices are available to be compared with investment  performance.
