Rob is a member of the
investment committee and provides research and analysis supporting
portfolio management decisions.
This includes overall market and company-specific research on
existing holdings as well as new investments under consideration.
Rob holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the
Bill is responsible for the firm’s trading activities; he also serves as Secretary of the Investment Committee. Bill’s career exceeds 25 years of expertise in the equity markets as a trader and market maker and includes experience in fixed income and preferred securities. He is an active member of the San Francisco Securities Traders Association, having served on its board from 1978 to 1982. Prior to
entering the investment advisory business Mavis began her career in
the brokerage industry in 1967 where she earned her Series 7
securities license. In 1977 she joined McCullough & Andrews,
Inc. in a senior role and became a key member in building the entity
known today as McCullough & Associates LLC. In addition to her
administrative and operational responsibilities Mavis oversees
client portfolio accounting and reporting and the bank and broker
custodial relationships. Mavis graduated from
Maryann started her career
in the financial industry working in new accounts and cashiering for
Round Hill Securities in 2004. In 2005 Maryann moved over to
the trading desk and became a trading assistant for First Allied
Securities, who had acquired Round Hill. She earned her series
7 in 2006 and became a Fixed Income Trader. She quickly added
her series 66 and 55 while working as a trader. Maryann's
responsibilities with McCullough & Associates LLC include
operations, trading and managing client services.
Maryann attended San Francisco State University.

Brooke recently joined McCullough & Associates to head our new
client and marketing activities. Her career in the financial
industry began with Linkenheimer LLP, where she developed and
marketed financial awareness programs to the Santa Rosa School
District. After leaving the CPA and financial advisory firm, Brooke
moved into real estate and earned her Certified Appraiser License.
Most recently Brooke worked with Wachovia Mortgage where she managed
the San Francisco appraisal team. Brooke holds a Bachelors
degree in Communication Studies and Business Administration from
Sonoma State University.
