COMPANY HISTORY
Our firm has a long and colorful history that began in 1977 when Robert McCullough and David Andrews left Franklin Resources to found McCullough & Andrews, Inc. Together Bob and Dave built the company based on values of integrity, hard work and quality service. In 1983 Frank Cappiello joined the firm which then became McCullough, Andrews & Cappiello, Inc. Frank was well known as a 32-year panelist of the PBS television series Wall $treet Week hosted by Louis Rukeyser.
In March 2004, Leon Wiatrak joined the firm and shortly thereafter assumed control of the All Cap Value investment portfolios. On January 1st, 2005 the firm reorganized as McCullough & Associates LLC.
Throughout our history we have maintained a commitment to our straight forward investment philosophy. As long term investors we are looking for the best investment ideas regardless of market capitalization. We seek companies that can provide value through price appreciation or dividends. Our portfolios are concentrated in roughly 25 names and we spread our investments across multiple sectors and industries to provide diversification and lower risk.
As McCullough & Associates enters its fourth decade of providing investment advice to clients we continue to embrace our investment philosophy while adapting to the ever changing investment landscape.
